About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacture, repair, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of a wide variety of hydraulic components and systems. Key Responsibilities
- Service, fault-find, and repair a broad range of hydraulic components and systems. • Manufacture hydraulic systems and equipment to project and manufacturer specifications. • Perform tube manufacture and component rebuilds to required standards. • Conduct flushing, pressure testing, inspections, and functional testing. • Maintain workshop equipment and machinery. • Prepare work packs for remote mobilisation. • Produce accurate and detailed reports for all workshop and offsite tasks. • Engage with clients and third parties on and offsite, maintaining strong relationships. • Identify potential business opportunities while liaising with customers. • Comply with all company safety, quality, and environmental systems. • Promote a positive HSE culture and report incidents promptly. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hydraulic systems service and repair. • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic components and manufacturing processes. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and client relationship management skills. • Commitment to safety and quality standards. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to travel for remote work when required
